We began our project with True Fitness AI by conducting thorough user research to understand the target audience's needs and preferences. This insight guided our design strategy, which focused on creating an intuitive and engaging user experience. For development, we selected optimal technical frameworks and tools, prioritizing efficiency and performance. We utilized a combination of advanced AI models to create the most efficient and accurate plan generation possible for users. Collaboration between our internal design, development, and QA teams were key to seamlessly integrating our designs into the final product. The result? The graphics included promotional posts, event countdowns, participant spotlights, and highlights of key activities. Each design was optimized for various platforms, ensuring clarity and engagement whether viewed on mobile or desktop. This cohesive and visually striking online presence helped amplify the Buildathon's message, attract participants, and build a vibrant online community around the event.

Our work with True Fitness AI provided several key insights that significantly influenced the project's success. Utilizing scrum practices for efficient design and development proved crucial, allowing us to manage sprints effectively and keep the project on track. Employing an iterative prototyping approach, we utilized wireframes and mockups across different levels of fidelity to inform subsequent product design, enabling user-centric UI refinement through cyclical feedback loops.
We also learned the importance of selecting efficient and capable AI models to keep token costs manageable, balancing performance with cost-effectiveness. Implementing a comprehensive QA testing and reporting system was vital for maintaining alignment among developers and ensuring the product's quality and reliability.
Additionally, the introduction of gamification elements emerged as a critical strategy for increasing user engagement and adherence to fitness goals, enhancing motivation and reinforcing the platform's long-term value to users.
