We’re based between Miami, NYC, and San Francisco, with team members working globally. Most engagements run seamlessly remote, with in-person support available when it makes sense.
How do I get started?

Do you provide ongoing support after a project is completed?
Yes. We include 30 days of complimentary maintenance and offer ongoing support via retainers or scoped add-ons—so your site, deck, or brand stays sharp as you grow.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with startups and venture firms—from early-stage teams building a narrative and launch presence to platforms and funds needing consistent brand + GTM execution.
What’s the difference between a sprint, module, and retainer?
Sprints are time-boxed builds with a defined deliverable. Modules are standalone offerings you can mix and match. Retainers provide ongoing execution with prioritized initiatives month-to-month.
How long do projects usually take?
Most sprints ship in 1–3 weeks, depending on scope and feedback speed. Larger builds and multi-module work typically run 3–6+ weeks, with clear milestones throughout.
What do you need from us to begin?
We’ll ask for a kickoff call, any existing brand/assets, and access to relevant tools if needed. The biggest unlock is having one decision-maker to keep feedback fast and aligned.
How do you communicate during a project?
We run a dedicated Slack channel and a simple weekly check-in cadence. You’ll always know what’s in progress, what’s next, and exactly what we need from you.
Will we have access to working files?
Yes. We provide access to working files (like Figma) and share progress as we build. No surprises—visibility and transparency are part of the process.
Do we own the final deliverables?
Yes. You own the final deliverables upon completion/payment, and we don’t lock you into proprietary systems. Everything is structured so you can take it in-house anytime.
Can you work with our internal team or other agencies?
Absolutely. We frequently plug in alongside internal teams, dev partners, and agencies. We’re happy to lead, support, or collaborate—whatever makes execution fastest.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is scope-based for sprints/modules, with monthly retainers for ongoing support. After a quick call, we’ll recommend the most efficient option and provide a clear proposal.
How do we know Brickell Digital is the right fit?
We’re a boutique studio, so mutual fit matters—we stay hands-on and selective to keep quality high. To confirm alignment, we’ll do a short discovery and share a bit of complimentary spec work (a small sample direction). If alignment is strong, we’ll propose the cleanest path forward.
