Pickle is a transformative peer-to-peer rental marketplace that began with a bold idea for sustainability and mindful consumption. Launched in 2022, it quickly evolved from a fashion advice crowdsourcing platform into a pioneering peer-to-peer clothing rental marketplace.

Brand Identity
We defined Pickle’s brand identity through a curated blend of two fonts, Peachi and Raleway. This combination evokes a subtle sense of elegance, exuding sophistication and professionalism. This dynamic synergy is a powerful symbol of Pickle's ambition to present itself as an iconic name within the fashion industry while driving community engagement among members.
Results
Our collaboration with Pickle involved a comprehensive UX audit and redesign of its website. We designed the site in Figma, first refining the style guide and usage of colors and fonts. We then prototyped all interactions, and developed the final site in Webflow. This transformation, tracked through GA4/GTM, resulted in significant, quantifiable improvements:

Our Approach
In our partnership with Pickle, we focused on enhancing user experience by re-establishing the color hierarchy and rethinking the use of images. We introduced new ways for customers to understand Pickle's capabilities. Our new filtering system streamlined user engagement with brands on the platform. To ensure a smooth transition of website operations, we provided comprehensive video tutorials for the Pickle team.
