Everyone here ships, talks to clients and owns their work. ## Open Roles Software Engineer, Security Full-time Remote, anywhere A full-stack engineer who builds and runs production web apps for our clients, and owns the security of what we ship. What you’ll do Build and run production web apps, front end to back end, for venture-backed and enterprise clients Review code for security, and design authentication and authorization that holds up in an enterprise security review Threat-model new features and fix the findings from audits and penetration tests Set up security tooling in CI: dependency, secret and static analysis What we’re looking for A strong general engineer first: you have shipped and run production web apps Hands-on web application security: secure code review, auth design, threat modelling Public proof of your work: shipped products, merged open-source contributions or credited vulnerability findings Defensive, authorized security work only Forward-Deployed Engineer Full-time Remote, anywhere A full-stack engineer who takes a client account end to end: the conversations, the requirements, the build and the support. What you’ll do Run client calls, gather requirements and turn them into a plan Design, build and deploy the web apps and integrations the client needs Support what you ship, and keep the client updated in writing Work with our designers and GTM team on launches What we’re looking for A strong general engineer who has shipped production web apps Comfortable owning a client relationship, with clear, strong written English Experience serving demanding clients at a product company, consultancy or studio Good judgement about what to build first, and when to ask Voice AI Engineer Full-time Remote, anywhere An engineer who builds and runs real-time voice agents: the telephony, speech and LLM infrastructure behind AI that answers the phone for our clients. What you’ll do Build voice agents that handle real calls: telephony, speech-to-text, LLM orchestration and text-to-speech Keep conversations fast and natural: latency, interruptions and turn-taking Connect agents to client systems: CRMs, scheduling, ordering and support tools Run what you ship: monitoring, call reviews, evals and fixes What we’re looking for Hands-on experience building real-time voice or audio AI systems Production experience with telephony and speech tooling (for example Twilio, LiveKit, Deepgram or ElevenLabs) A strong backend engineer who has shipped and run production systems Bonus: evals and quality monitoring for LLM applications Forward-Deployed Designer Full-time Remote, US hours A product designer who also runs the project: you own the design work for a client end to end, from the first stakeholder call to the shipped product. What you’ll do Run design projects with client stakeholders: kickoffs, reviews, feedback and sign-off Design web app and SaaS interfaces, sites and design systems in Figma Plan the work, keep scope and timelines on track, and keep everyone updated in writing Work directly with our engineers through build and launch What we’re looking for A portfolio of real, shipped product work Experience leading design with clients or stakeholders: you have run the meetings, not just attended them Strong project management: you scope, schedule and deliver without being chased You work US business hours (Eastern to Pacific), with strong written and spoken English GTM Engineer Full-time Remote, Americas time zones A marketer who builds: you run go-to-market with the latest agentic and AI tooling, for us and for our clients. What you’ll do Build enrichment and outbound automation Automate the CRM and pipeline reporting Build LLM agents and AI pipelines for content and analytics Turn what works into repeatable systems for B2B clients What we’re looking for A marketing or growth background first, with real marketing judgement Hands-on building: you have shipped automations, agents or AI pipelines yourself B2B experience, ideally selling to enterprise Based in a time zone in the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-8) ## How Hiring Works - **Apply:** Five minutes: the form below.
